It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address,

be read over the Internet. Additionally,
we do not store credit card information on our web servers.
Booking FEE/Payment:
********STOH requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit to book any order**********
This secures your RESERVATION and is retained as a booking fee.
Order Deliveries and Pick up:
If you are unhappy with your order, bring the matter to attention before you leave STOH
and we will assess and attempt to properly correct the issue right away.
We offer cake deliveries up to 15 miles from our location in Katy TX.
Deliveries are based on the physical delivery address and are based on a
first come-first serve basis. There is always a delivery charge,
Regardless of location.
Any unsuccessful delivery attempts
(i.e recipient not at said
location to receive items)
will result in the
products returning to STOH. Any subsequent delivery attempts
will incur
another delivery fee charge.
•PICK UP ORDERS
STOH is not responsible for any damages to the Cake after Delivery
and/or CAKE Setup is complete.
If Customer picks up the Cake,
the Customer is
responsible for Delivery
and Setup of the Cake.
Customer is responsible
for providing an appropriate and secure table and
environment for the Cake(s).
some Cakes are heavy and require
a sturdy table,
and optimal room temperature
Of 75 degrees or below.
REFUNDS:
In the unlikely event
that your order does not
meet your expectations,
we will give you a
refund (minus a 30% handling**/cancellation fee)
IN 2 WEEKS (PROVIDED YOU RETURN THE ORDER IN ITS MAJORITY
AND NOT HALF CONSUMED.)
NOTE: If you are issued a refund, you CANNOT keep the product.
We will NOT negotiate a partial refund if you keep the order.
CANCELLATIONS VS Not happy with the product are different:
If you cancel within a good amount of time you will receive a 50% return,
the other 50% is non-refundable – this secureD your order and is
retained as a booking fee.
IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT
you will receive a 70% return (if you do not keep the order).
If the order (NOT INCLUDING tiered cakes, or last minute orders placed with less than 48 hours)
is paid in full at the time of the cancellation and is 7 days or
more before pickup, then 50% will be refunded WITHIN 2 WEEKS.
STOH reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if
Insufficient time is given,
as stated above**, due to costs incurred in the purchase,
preparation and
priorization of the order.
